Norwegian course for youth in Pechenga

Project's plan: "The municipalities of Sør-Varanger, Pechenga and Inari have established a multilateral border-region co-operation, where language education is an important part. Through a three-part course/seminar of 72 hours each, young people in Pechenga municipality will get increased knowledge about Norwegian language, culture and history. After the course, the knowledge will be further developed through internet communication and through youth camps in all the three countries."
